This policy covers our website and the communications linked to it. The KAI’™ App and the Zeno™ device are covered by our Children’s Privacy Policy.
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.

- Waitlist: your email address.
- Investor requests: your name, organization, professional email, investor type and message.
- Contact form: your name, email, the category you select and your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through strictly necessary cookies and, only with your consent, audience measurement tools. See our Cookie Policy.
4. Purposes & Legal Bases
- Sending launch and pre-order updates to waitlist members: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
- Answering investor and contact requests: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
- Operating and securing the website: our legitimate interest.
- Audience measurement: your consent.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe.
- Investor and contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Audience measurement data: up to 13 months.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
6. Who Receives Your Data
Your data is accessed only by our authorized team and by service providers acting on our instructions, such as website hosting, email delivery and, with your consent, audience measurement, all bound by data protection agreements. We may also disclose data to our professional advisers or to public authorities where required by law.
7. International Transfers
Where personal data of EU residents is transferred outside the European Union, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art. 46).
